Server- Willoughby Store

SUMMARY:

The Server performs guest service in the dining room by ensuring that all guests are seated at clean and correctly set up tables, receive

prompt attention, have their orders promptly prepared and served, and that tables are

cleaned and ready for the next guests. The Server cheerfully serves guests by assisting them in ordering their food. This is done by having a thorough knowledge of

all menu items and how these are served.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and comprehend the English language
• Work with cold and extremely hot food products, utensils, dinner plates and glassware
• Work in a fast-paced environment consistent with changing business volume and demands
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

• Ability to lift, carry, deliver, and serve from trays weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

• Visual acuity to see restaurant menus, take customer orders, review customer bills, and smoothly navigate the dining room, kitchen, and other facility areas
