Basic Job Responsibility: Present a positive first impression of The Reserve Club’s friendliness, excellent service, and high standards!

Specific Responsibilities:

• Provides a seamless experience for all guests with expertise and a great attitude in banquet operations and a la carte dining while maintaining specific side work.
• Ensures the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the club.
• Setup, breakdown, cleanliness, and replenishment of event spaces and dining rooms.
• Understands the importance of name recognition and warmly greets each member with a smile and direct eye contact.

· Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

· Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.

· Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.

Position Requirements:

· Efficient verbal communication skills.

· Strong Customer Service Skills

· Experience in Country Club environment preferred but not required.

· Prior restaurant experience or hospitality experience preferred

· Flexibility when working alternating shifts

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

Reports to:

Reports directly to all Food and Beverage Managers, and, ultimately to the General Manager.
