Position Overview

The Server provides excellent customer service in the restaurant and taproom at Kills Boro Brewing Co. and Knead. This role takes food and beverage orders, explains menu items and beer selections, serves meals and drinks, and helps ensure guests enjoy a positive dining experience. Servers work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to maintain accurate orders and efficient service. The position also involves maintaining a clean dining area and managing multiple tables in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

This position is located in Staten Island, NY.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least six months of previous serving or hospitality experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to take accurate orders and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing excellent guest service and maintaining a clean, organized dining area.
• Must have flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay Range

USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
