Service Admin Coordinator

Location: Singapore, Changi North Rise

Working Hours: 5 day work week (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:

We are seeking aproactive and organized Service Coordinator to manage the daily scheduling and coordination of service activities for our Water Dispensers and Coffee Machines division. This role serves as the key liaison between customers, the sales team, and technical service personnel to ensure efficient service delivery and excellent customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate technicians for repairs, servicing, installations, and removals.
• Liaise between customers, sales team, and technical team to ensure smooth service operations.
• Communicate with customers regarding service appointments and job updates.
• Prepare and maintain service-related documentation and job records.
• Submit, update, and close service jobs accurately in the ERP system.
• Prepare monthly reports for principals and management.
• Follow up on outstanding service requests and job completion.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales support
• Relevant experiencein service coordination, administration, or customer service preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
