Summary
Service Advisor Assistant at an automotive dealership in Madison, WI. Schedule
- Semi-flexible schedule between 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday
- Normal shifts are 7:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Occasional schedule adjustments may be required to provide department coverage during vacations, training, meetings, or other business needs.
Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor Assistant, you'll help keep our service department running smoothly by assisting both customers and the advisor team. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers as they arrive
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Scheduling service appointments
- Cashiering customers and processing payments
- Assisting with washing and preparing customer vehicles after service
- Checking loaner vehicles in and out
- Assisting with internal repair orders
- Supporting the service advisors with daily administrative and operational tasks
