Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly experience.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
- Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely repairs.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow dealership/shop procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance.
- Computer proficiency and experience with service management software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license
