Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 basic per annum
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS!)

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Automotive Customer Specialist to act as the primary link between our customers and workshop technicians. You will be responsible for booking in work, providing transparent advice, upselling additional necessary work, managing job sheets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from drop-off to handover.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Workshop Controller, or Automotive Customer Service Representative.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain mechanical repairs clearly to customers.
• Strong IT literacy and familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS) or workshop booking software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence is advantageous.
