What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and create a positive, professional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

• Schedule service appointments and document customer concerns accurately.

• Perform thorough vehicle walk-arounds and review vehicle service history.

• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines.

• Explain recommended services, repair costs, and estimated completion times clearly and confidently.

• Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization before work begins.

• Keep customers informed of repair progress, additional recommendations, and completion timelines.

• Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure an efficient workflow.

• Review and close repair orders accurately while ensuring customer concerns have been addressed.

• Conduct quality-control checks and help deliver an outstanding service experience.

• Build lasting customer relationships through honest communication, follow-up, and exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience.

• Knowledge of automotive maintenance, repairs, and service recommendations.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

• A professional, positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Confidence explaining technical information and repair recommendations to customers.

• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.

• Willingness to complete and maintain required manufacturer training and certifications.

• A team player who is motivated to learn, grow, and succeed.
