Service Advisors will greet and consult customers on their needs while providing value-added recommendations and education on our services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service either in person or by phone
• Act as point of contact between technicians and customers
• Perform vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns to enable technicians to properly diagnose and service the vehicle
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, organization, and cleanliness.
