Acting as the key liaison between customers and the workshop, the Service Advisor ensures accurate service recommendations, clear communication, efficient coordination, and the timely completion of repairs while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle servicing, repair, and insurance claims journey
Assess customers' vehicle concerns, prepare quotations, and recommend suitable repair, maintenance, and aftersales solutions
Coordinate with technicians, insurers, surveyors, and parts suppliers to ensure smooth and timely repair completion
Keep customers informed of repair progress, costs, and timelines while delivering exceptional customer service
Assist with insurance claims documentation and ensure compliance with company and insurer requirements
Prepare and maintain accurate service records, quotations, invoices, and related documentation
Promote value-added products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve service excellence and departmental goals
Contribute to continuous process improvements and undertake other duties assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years experience as a Service Advisor, or equivalent, in the automotive industry
At least GCE O Level or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to multitask with good time-management skills
