Automotive Service Advisor

Barberino Nissan is now hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Building strong customer relationships
• Greet and consult customers on service needs
• Sell and up sell services by emphasizing value
• Field all live service call
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
• Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a service advisor role required
• Must have computer proficiency
• Automotive Reynolds experience a plus
• Valid driver's license
