Service Advisor General Service (GS)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Prepare job cards and explain required service or repair work.
• Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle servicing.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status.
• Explain service estimates, additional work and invoices to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely vehicle delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in automobile service advising or a similar role preferred.
• Good communication and customer relationship skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair processes.
• Ability to coordinate with workshop technicians and meet service targets.
