Service Advisor

• Receive customer vehicles and prepare accurate job cards.
  
• Understand customer concerns and coordinate with the workshop team for timely repairs.
  
• Monitor work progress and keep customers informed of repair status.
  
• Coordinate estimates, approvals, and vehicle delivery.
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction while following company procedures and quality standards.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or B.Tech in a relevant field
  
• 3–4 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Advisor in the heavy commercial vehicle segment
