Serving the Columbus transportation industry hub since 1985, we operate as a full-service commercial truck dealership and body shop.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Greet customers and obtain necessary information for billing and details of repair/rental.
- Review warranty of vehicle, generate repair order and prepare it for dispatching.
- Communicate repair progress with customer.
- Obtain authorizations for repairs.
- Assist in filling and office organization.
