In this fast-paced position at Dahl Hyundai Rochester, MN you will put your customer service skills to good work by taking care of our service guests. Greet them with a smile as they enter the facility, ensure we take care of their vehicle service needs and communicate with them throughout the process. We will train you on your system and process - just bring your customer service experience and be ready to succeed! This position offers a competitive pay range of $55,000–$90,000+ annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities

Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Take ownership of the guest's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the guest.

Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the guest does not get mishandled.
- Work with skilled technicians and then provide responses and answers to guests regarding technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs for the guest.

Previous automotive knowledge/experience is helpful, but not required

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
