Service Advisor | Evening Shift

Salary: Starting at $22.55/hour
Shift Premium: $3.00/hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Workplace : Laval

Concretely, in this position you will take care of:

Welcome customers, identify their needs, and schedule appointments
Open, review, and close work orders
Follow up on repairs and communicate with customers
Prepare purchase orders (POs)
Manage the schedule and use the Decisiv system
Present and sell estimates, and explain the work to be performed

Experience, training and skills that would come in handy:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills
Basic mechanical knowledge (an asset)
Bilingualism: fluent spoken French and English (an asset)
Computer skills
Effective prioritization and time management
Tact, professionalism, and the ability to remain composed in challenging situations
Attention to detail and consistency in following procedures and work methods
Team spirit and a willingness to help others
