You will greet guests, accurately document vehicle concerns, perform walk-around inspections, and consult with technicians to develop precise repair estimates. Translating complex technical diagnostics into clear, transparent recommendations for clients will be your daily priority. You will proactively manage repair workflows, verify warranty coverage, and sell manufacturer parts and routine maintenance schedules to maximize vehicle longevity and drive outstanding Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of automotive service advisor experience (luxury or Mercedes-Benz brand preferred).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational talent, and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and warranty procedures.
