- Salary: £30,000 basic per annum + High OTE / Competitive Uncapped Bonus Scheme
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM + Occasional Saturdays

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor / Service Receptionist to join our busy main dealer front-of-house team. In this pivotal role, you will be the key link between our customers and workshop technicians, managing service bookings, authorising repair work, explaining technical updates, and delivering a 5-star customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised main dealership.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with dealer management systems (e.g., Kerridge / Drive / Pinewood)
- Systems: Knowledge of warranty procedures and upsell processes is highly advantageous.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
Location & Commute
- Base: Bristol (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategically located near the M4, M5, and A4, offering seamless commutes across Avon, Gloucestershire, and Somerset.
- Public Transport: Accessible via main Bristol rail links and regular local bus routes.
- Commutable From: Bristol, Bath, Filton, Weston-super-Mare, Yate, and Clevedon.
