QUADIS, the largest network of official dealerships and workshops in Spain, needs to incorporate a SERVICE ADVISOR into QUADIS DREAM, an official BYD dealership, located in Manises.
As a company dedicated to direct customer service, we bet on people as a differentiating element. Therefore, we are looking for people with a clear orientation toward customers and results.
What you'll do
As a Service Advisor, your functions will be:
- Answering calls
- Opening work orders
- Incident resolution
- Cross-selling
- Management of bodywork repairs and contact/follow-up with external workshops and loss adjusters
- Providing quotes to customers for vehicles under repair
What we're looking for
- Minimum higher vocational training in automotive or similar.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in an automotive workshop.
- Residence close to the work centers.
-Languages: high level of Spanish and Valencian.
- B driving license.

How you'll work
