About the role

What you'll do

• Customer relationship and sales management.
• Workshop operations coordination:
• Quality control and supervision of work.
• Conflict management and problem resolution.
• Administration and tracking of work orders.

What we're looking for

• Technical training in automotive.
• 2-3 years of previous experience in automotive workshops or industrial vehicles, in advisory roles, customer service, or work order management.
• Practical knowledge of the workshop environment and repair processes.
• Experience in direct client interaction.

Nice to have

• Additional training in Customer Service or Service Management is valued.
• Specialized courses in After-Sales, work order management, or active reception.

What you'll get

• Permanent contract directly with the company.
• Salary range based on experience: 26K to 28K gross per year.

How you'll work

• Full-time.
• Shifts from Monday to Friday, mornings and afternoons.
