Be the link between our customers and our shop, and own part of the company too.
We're growing, and we're adding another Service Advisor to our Cedar Rapids team. When a customer's machine needs repair, you're their go-to person: you explain what's wrong, send the quote, keep the shop on schedule, and get them back to work. Rexco is 100% employee-owned and runs on open-book management, so you'll see in real time how your work moves our numbers, and this role comes with bonus potential.

What You'll Do
- Take care of customers. Gather details on equipment problems, build estimates, and send quotes with photos by text or email through Modern. Then follow up by phone.
- Keep the shop moving. Schedule technicians, track work order progress, and coordinate equipment pickup and delivery.
- Build relationships. Follow up with customers, recommend additional repairs, and share service promotions.
- Own your numbers. Forecast service sales at weekly Branch Huddles. We'll teach you how your decisions drive shop efficiency and revenue.
What You'll Bring
- Strong customer service skills, including comfort sharing good news and bad news
- Organization and the ability to juggle several jobs at once
- Good working relationships with technicians and coworkers
- Comfort working in multiple computer systems, including Excel and Outlook
- High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of service, parts, or equipment experience is a plus, but not required. Will train the right individual.
