In this role, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our service technicians, creating exceptional repair and maintenance experiences for powersports riders.
What You’ll Own & Achieve:
- Welcome & Consult: Greet service customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and clearly translate their needs into actionable repair orders.
- Manage Repair Orders: Open, update, and close work orders accurately in our system, ensuring precise labor and parts estimates.
- Communicate Proactively: Keep customers continuously informed on service status, job progress, estimates, and repair timelines.
- Coordinate with Technicians: Partner closely with certified service techs and parts specialists to maintain smooth workflow and timely job completions.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Explain completed work, maintenance recommendations, and invoices clearly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
