Key Responsibilities:

· Greet Lincoln clients promptly and professionally upon arrival

· Listen attentively to client concerns, document service requests, and explain repair needs clearly and confidently

· Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and timelines

· Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and precise repairs

· Recommend maintenance and manufacturer-suggested services to protect the vehicle’s performance and value

· Keep clients informed throughout the service process with timely updates

· Ensure all services and repairs are documented accurately in the system

· Deliver a seamless, luxury-level client experience to maintain outstanding CSI scores

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a Service Advisor (Lincoln, luxury, or dealership experience preferred)

· Exceptional customer service and communication skills

· Ability to multi-task in a refined, fast-paced environment

· Basic automotive knowledge required; Lincoln or Ford certification a plus

· Proficient in dealership management software and phone systems

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
