Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic per annum + Performance Bonus (Realistic OTE up to £36,000)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS!)

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Specialist to join our busy commercial vehicle workshop team. You will serve as the primary link between our retail/fleet customers and workshop technicians, ensuring smooth communications, accurate job scheduling, and high customer satisfaction from vehicle check-in through to handover.

Requirements

• Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Aftersales Executive within an automotive main dealer or commercial vehicle environment.
• Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and solid IT literacy.
• Organized, customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage busy workshop diaries and fleet client expectations.
• Full UK driving licence.
