As a key representative of our Service Department, the Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for our customers-helping them understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs, outlining service options, and providing clear cost estimates before coordinating with our Technicians.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs, including costs and service options
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records, invoices, payments, and warranty verification
  • Promote additional services and products to support service department revenue goals
  • Schedule service appointments and prepare detailed repair orders with technicians
  • Verify insurance information and coordinate loaner vehicles as needed
  • Provide timely service updates and communication throughout the repair process

Employee Prerequisites:

  • Flexible availability to meet business needs
  • Sales experience with automotive industry knowledge
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software systems
  • Ability to complete onboarding in a timely manner
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 5 hours)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
