Xcite Automotive is seeking Service Ambassadors for our dealership partner in Wesley Chapel, FL!
Job Description: A Service Ambassador, you will be the first and primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from arrival to vehicle pick-up. If you’re passionate about customer service, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet service customers promptly and professionally
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the service visit
- Communicate service timelines and next steps clearly
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians
- Provide vehicle status updates and address customer questions
- Assist with service check-in and check-out procedures
- Support post-service follow-ups as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Assist with vehicle movement and service-lane flow
