Service and Maintenance Technician

Payten is looking for a motivated and responsible Service and Maintenance Technician to join our payment solutions team in Macedonia.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and optimization of equipment and related devices
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting technical issues
• Analyzing and resolving reported technical malfunctions
• Close cooperation with the team and clients to ensure high quality of service
• Planning and efficiently organizing daily activities in line with set deadlines
• Ensuring reliable and smooth operation of equipment in accordance with company standards

Required Qualifications

Education

• Completed secondary education in electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering information technology, or another technical field

Required Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or support of technical/mechanical equipment
• Basic knowledge of hardware, mechanical assemblies, and troubleshooting/diagnostic processes
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Professional attitude with clients and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and pursue continuous professional development
