American Technology Components, Inc. is seeking a Service and Warranty Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet customer expectations while leading a dedicated team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warranty Management: Oversee and process warranty claims, ensuring timely resolutions while adhering to company policies.
Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer warranty issues, ensuring a positive customer experience including site visits for troubleshooting.
Repair & Service Coordination: Manage product repairs and service requests, working closely with the production and quality teams to address recurring issues.
Team Leadership: Supervise and support the service and warranty team, ensuring efficient workflows and professional development.
Process Improvement: Identify trends in product issues, analyze root causes, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate service records, track warranty trends, and provide reports to leadership on warranty claims, repair rates, and customer feedback.
Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure all warranty and service operations align with industry standards and company policies.
Customer Training and Service Schools: Travel to OEM’s and Dealers to perform technical training to technicians.
