Salary: £43,500 - 74,500 per year
Requirements:- Proven track record as a Service Architect or Service Designer delivering Service Design Packages (SDPs)
- Experience designing ServiceNow-aligned processes and multi-supplier service models
- Experience leading project-to-BAU transitions
- Active SC Clearance
- Desirable: background in satellite, WAN, or complex connectivity infrastructure
- Desirable: experience within UK Government or heavily regulated environments
- Desirable: NOC integration expertise
- Lead the design, implementation, and BAU transition of an end-to-end service wrap for LEO satellite connectivity
- Design end-to-end service models, Service Design Packages (SDPs), service blueprints, and L1-L4 support paths aligned with ITIL and ServiceNow
- Oversee device take-on, ServiceNow integration and workflows, service rehearsal activities, and support team training for Service Desk and NOC
- Define multi-supplier operating models, performance interfaces, and commercial governance frameworks across external vendors and internal entities
- Establish SLA, OLA, and KPI frameworks, user experience metrics, and alignment with Secure by Design principles and formal approval gates
- Deliver target state service models, full SDP, ServiceNow-aligned process flows, multi-supplier governance framework, estate take-on strategy, and SLA/KPI reporting frameworks with a continuous service improvement roadmap

We are seeking an experienced Service Architect to support a hybrid role based in London, working two days per week onsite. This is a contract opportunity at £650 per day via umbrella, and active SC Clearance is required. You will help transition fragmented deployments into a scalable, centrally governed operating model for Low Earth Orbit satellite connectivity, working across service design, transition, supplier governance, performance assurance, and continuous improvement.
