Service Assistant - Customer Service

About the role

We need a responsible, organized person with good customer service skills to perform reception tasks, access control, and facility supervision.

What you'll do

Opening and closing of doors

Access control to the facilities.

Carrying out supervision rounds.

Attending to service needs during the assigned shift.

If you don't have experience, we will train you!

What we're looking for

Residency in Granollers or nearby areas is valued

Availability for the schedule indicated in the offer

Availability for rotating shifts and working some weekends according to the schedule roster with the corresponding breaks is essential.

What you'll get

Substitution Contract until November 30th with possibilities of extension.

Full-time

Schedule: 6:30 to 18:30 / 18:30 to 06:30h rotating with the corresponding breaks during the week or weekends according to the roster

Shifts are planned in advance so you can arrange your schedule.

Salary according to collective agreement. €1,441 gross/month, plus night shift premium if applicable.

Expected start date: October 27 / 28
