We're looking for a passionate Service Captain to lead the floor, support the team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced café environment.

- Lead daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- 👥 Supervise, coach, and motivate the service team.
- 😊 Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest enquiries professionally.
- ☕ Recommend menu items, coffees, wines, and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
- 🤝 Coordinate with the kitchen and barista team to ensure timely service.
- 📅 Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table flow.
- ✨ Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
