POSITION SUMMARY
Under direct supervision, disassemble and reassemble pump systems, including the cleaning of parts for the rebuild process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
DCI
Disassembly, cleaning, or re-assembly of pumps. (Essential)

Receive pumps, generate parts orders, and perform teardown and condition reports. (Essential)

Document all observations during disassembly and generate failure analysis reports. (Essential)

Maintain and replace equipment, tools, and supplies used during the service of pumps. (Essential)

Check power and hand tools for proper operation. (Essential)

Ensure that all Procedures and Instructions are followed during the assembly process. (Essential)

Communicate all issues to Leads/Supervisor in a timely manner. (Essential)
Module Assembly
-
Re-assembly of pumps. (Essential)

Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems. (Essential)

May complete rework and quality testing on assemblies and/or systems. (Essential)

Maintain and replace equipment, tools, and supplies used during the service of pumps. (Essential)

Performance Test

Prepare accurate and consistent reports to analyze product failure trends and serviceability issues. Recommend solutions to technical problems. (Essential)

Full Responsibility for performing equipment maintenance, testing, and calibration of repaired products. (Essential)

Perform the set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. (Essential)

Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems. (Essential)

Maintain and replace equipment, tools, and supplies used during the service of pumps. (Essential)

Check power and hand tools for proper operation. (Essential)
