Service Crew [$3,500 / CBD]
Job Descriptions:
- Greet arriving guests, manage table seatings, and present food and beverage menus.
- Explain menu items and answer guest questions regarding ingredients or allergies.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and input them correctly into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to tables efficiently and handle table maintenance (clearing plates, wiping tables, refilling water).
- Reset tables promptly after guests leave to ensure a smooth turnaround during busy shifts.
- Complete daily opening, shift-handover, and closing cleaning checklists for the dining area.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in a F&B service role is preferred
- Able to handle alcoholic beverages.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members clearly.
- Proactive, energetic, and a strong team player who can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Must hold a valid Food Safety Course (WSQ) certificate.
- Able to commit to flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
