Service Crew

Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting Customers and providing a warm welcome.
• Taking orders and accurately recording customer preferences.
• Offering menu recommendations and providing information about specials.
• Ensuring that orders are prepared and presented correctly.
• Serving food and beverages to customers at their table.
• Refilling drinks and attending to any additional requests.
• Clearing empty plates and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Handling customer payments and providing accurate change.
• Ensuring cleanliness in the dining area, including tables and chairs.

Job Requirements:

• Best with working experiences in F&B Field, Hospitality Management and/or other related field.
• A Customer-centric approach and the ability to provide excellent service.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Accuracy in taking and processing orders is cruicial to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Being able to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, fluent in Korean will be an added advantage.
