Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally to create a positive first impression
Take food and drink orders accurately to ensure correct preparation and delivery
Serve dishes and beverages promptly to maintain guest satisfaction and service flow
Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests and maintain dining area readiness
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area to uphold hygiene standards
Respond to customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally to enhance guest experience
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service
Handle cashier duties accurately as needed to support payment processes
Follow all hygiene and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management to support restaurant operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Professional appearance and positive work attitude to represent the restaurant well
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Friendly, proactive, and willing to learn to adapt and grow within the role
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment to maintain service quality under pressure
Team player with a service-first mindset to contribute to a collaborative work culture
Non-smokers preferred to align with company health and safety preferences
