Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with friendly, efficient food and beverage service
- Take accurate customer orders and deliver food and drinks promptly to tables
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries and requests to enhance satisfaction
- Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow
- Work effectively in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills to engage and assist customers
- Responsible and hardworking mindset with a willingness to learn
- Previous food and beverage experience is advantageous but not required
