Restaurant Service Crew

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Restaurant Service Crew / Barista. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring excellent service standards, preparing beverages, and providing guests with a warm and welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Service Crew Duties

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and process payments at the cashier.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Assist in the daily opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.

Barista Duties

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and speciality drinks.
• Operate coffee machines and maintain brewing equipment.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently.
• Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, and bar supplies.
• Keep the barista station clean, organised, and fully stocked.

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B, customer service, or a barista role is an advantage (training will be provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
