Job Summary
Lead and motivate the Front of House team to ensure smooth floor operations, deliver efficient service, and create a safe, welcoming environment that enhances guest experiences in a fast-paced nightlife setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage floor operations to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
- Coordinate and monitor food and drink service delivery to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain positive experiences
- Lead and motivate the service crew through on-the-job training, daily guidance, and team support
- Enforce strict cleanliness and hygiene protocols in collaboration with Logistics and Procurement teams to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Support management by providing staff feedback, enforcing service standards, handling administrative tasks, scheduling shifts, and resolving complex guest concerns
- Maintain composure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment to ensure continuous smooth operations
- Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture by actively contributing as a team player
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum "O" Level qualification with strong written, verbal, and comprehension skills in English
- Prior supervisory experience within the hospitality industry

Schedule
- Full-time position with evening and night shifts, including weekends
- Operation timing: Opening shift (9pm-6am) or Closing shift (11pm-8am), 6 days a week

- Primarily based at the main establishment with occasional support at sister outlets as needed
