Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Crew to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and ensure guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Prepare hot and cold beverages.
  • Pack takeaway and online delivery orders accurately.
  • Recommend menu items and promotions to customers.
  • Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
  • Refill condiments, cutlery, and other service supplies.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
  • Handle customer enquiries politely and professionally.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

  • N-Level, O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
  • Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage. Candidates without the certificate will be sponsored by the company to attend the course.
  • Able to communicate with customers and colleagues from different backgrounds.
