Summary
Provide attentive table service in a high-end restaurant, presenting menus, taking orders, and ensuring guests have a warm dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and attentive table service, ensuring a warm and personalised guest experience
- Confidently present menus, introduce dishes, and recommend suitable beverage pairings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure prompt and seamless service delivery
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the dining environment
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests with care and efficiency
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and service flow
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery in a professional and courteous manner
- Support restaurant opening and closing procedures in accordance with operational standards
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a team-player mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
