Working days & Hours: 6days , 44hrs (Rotate shifts)
(Operating hours: 10am-11pm Weekdays, 10am-1am Weekends)
Location: Bukit Timah (King Albert Park)
Salary: Basic 2200 - $3000 + OT + VB
Job Description:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are served promptly and accurately.
- Communicate with the kitchen and fellow service crew to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
- Handle payment transactions.
- Ensure that all food and beverage items are properly stocked and stored.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols.
- Preparing of soup base with precision and consistency, steamboat ingredients and condiments.
- Kitchen Stewarding, which consists of ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dish washing and operating of kitchen equipment.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
