- Keep tables and service areas clean and organized.
- Handle billing and payments accurately.
- Welcome and assist members and guests with a positive attitude.
- Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally.
- Report customer feedback or service issues to supervisors.
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
Job Requirement
