Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle phone calls to manage reservations and takeaway orders efficiently
- Assist with table management to optimize seating arrangements and increase table turnover rates
- Respond promptly to guest requests and monitor customer needs to enhance their dining experience
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager to support daily operations
