Summary
Serve food and beverages to guests in a restaurant, ensuring prompt, courteous service and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities:
· Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
· Take customer orders accurately and communicate requirements clearly to the kitchen and service teams.
· Prepare and set up dining areas to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
· Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation standards within the restaurant.
· Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
· Process customer payments accurately and efficiently when required.
Requirements:
· Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or hotel industry is preferred.
· Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
· A proactive team player with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
· Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
