Service Crew (Outram)

SUMMARY:

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and reliable Service Crew member to join our front-of-house team. You will be responsible for providing warm and efficient service to guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently according to restaurant standards.
• Explain menu items and make recommendations when required.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for service.
• Clear and reset tables promptly.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and basic service issues professionally.
• Operate the POS/cashier system and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and other front-of-house areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and restaurant SOPs.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the management team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous F&B or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.
• Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work shifts and stand for extended periods.
