Join a premium restaurant and whisky bar dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences in an elegant and welcoming environment. We are looking for customer-focused individuals who enjoy providing excellent service and are keen to grow in the hospitality industry. Structured training in whisky knowledge and premium service standards will be provided.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Recommend menu items and beverages to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining and service areas.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Process customer payments using the POS system.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Participate in product knowledge training, including beverage tasting where applicable.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English to serve customers and support daily operations.
- Willing to learn about premium food and beverage service.
- Comfortable participating in product tasting during training where required.
- Able to work the required evening shift.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Working Hours
- 6-day work week
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Rest Day: Every Sunday and Public Holiday

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: S$2,000 – S$2,500
