Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat customers in a polite and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks promptly
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
Handle basic customer enquiries and requests
Follow service standards and workplace safety requirements
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in F&B front-of-house roles preferred; knowledge of Fujian cuisine or Chinese cuisine is a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing, and strong communication skills with good customer service mindset.
- Strong execution, able to follow work schedule and management instructions.
- A good team player who can work harmoniously with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Positive attitude and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
