Service Delivery Manager

<p><b>•Responsible to plan and execute delivery of Global Orders</b></p><p><b>•Intense cross-functional engagement and co-ordination with field partners to achieve delivery commitment. </b></p><p><b>•Engagement with internal network teams and give visibility to the Business Project team on delivery timelines for all the orders. </b></p><p><b>•Strong knowledge on fiber architecture</b></p><p><b>•Sound knowledge on OTN, DWDM</b></p><p><b>•IP knowledge is a plus</b></p><p><b>•Hands on experience on Fiber Operation or Deployment</b></p><p><b>•Extremely good knowledge on large project Delivery. </b></p><p><b>•Engagement with testing teams and customer for link testing.</b></p><p><b>•Regular interaction with international customers during delivery lifecycle.</b></p><p><b>•Manage inventory for delivery of Business orders.</b></p><p><b>•Regular interlock with planning for critical high bandwidth delivery. </b></p><p><b>•Track various project stages and publish regular progress reports to all stakeholders. </b></p><p><b>•Plan regular meeting with Business team to give visibility of ongoing/critical projects. </b></p><p><b>•Understand execution challenges and explore ways to mitigate the same. </b></p><p><b>•Should be able to handle pressure and manage customer/business in most efficient ways. </b></p><p><b>•Should have Good communication and presentation skills.</b></p><div><span style="color:rgb(75,92,114);font-size:12px;"><b>Position Specific Skills</b></span></div><div><font color="#4b5c72"><span style="font-size:12px;"><b>DWDM, OTN, IP, Fiber, Program management with minimum 8 yrs of experience.</b></span></font></div><div><font color="#4b5c72"><span style="font-size:12px;"><b>#BAL</b></span></font></div>
