WE ARE HIRING: SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGERS (SDM)

Our client is looking for qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. Pasig City
Salary: It will be disclosed during HR Interview
Setup: 100% Onsite | Night Shift
Non-Negotiable: At least 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager or Service Delivery Manager in Financial Services BPO / Banking Contact Center Operations.

2. Taguig City
Salary: It will be disclosed during HR Interview
Setup: 100% Onsite | Night Shift
Non-Negotiable: At least 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager or Service Delivery Manager in Banking / Financial Services Contact Center or BPO Operations.

3. Taguig City
Salary: It will be disclosed during HR Interview
Setup: 100% Onsite | Night Shift
Non-Negotiable: At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor, Operations Manager, or equivalent leadership role, with BPO operations experience in Sales, Telco, Retail, or Blended Accounts.
