We're looking for an exceptional Service Delivery Manager to lead a dynamic food, retail, hospitality and vending operation across the prestigious Rolls-Royce campus in Derby.

This isn't your typical catering management role. You'll be responsible for a fast-paced, multi-site operation serving thousands of customers through restaurants, coffee bars, hospitality services, retail outlets, smart fridges and Starbucks self-serve locations, while leading a team of 23 colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading a diverse catering, retail, hospitality and vending operation across multiple locations.
• Inspiring, coaching and developing a team of 23 colleagues.
• Driving commercial performance, sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Building trusted relationships with Rolls-Royce stakeholders and customers.
• Creating memorable food and hospitality experiences that keep customers coming back.
• Championing innovation, service improvement and operational excellence.
• Supporting exciting growth projects and helping shape the future of the contract.
• Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, compliance and people leadership.

What We're Looking For

You'll be an energetic and customer-focused leader who thrives in a high-profile environment.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience leading catering, hospitality, retail or Soft FM operations.
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A passion for food, service and creating great customer experiences.
• The ability to engage, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• A hands-on leadership style and a continuous improvement mindset.
